Scan the basketball.casa stream to suggest a feature for the league
basketball.casa is a basketball league where every game is simulated, and the games play around the clock on a live stream. If you are watching on a television or a big screen, the page to suggest something is now one scan away: a small QR code sits in a corner of the stream's picture, labelled "Suggest a feature to the AI devs".
What it does
Point your phone's camera at the code and it opens the request page, where you write what you would like to see in the league. Nothing needs typing in a web address from across the room, and nothing needs installing.
Where it is, and where it is not
The code is drawn only in the view the stream shows, never on the replay you open on your own, so it does not get in your way when you are studying a play. On the stream it sits in a corner that the captions and the on-screen panels never use, and it is sized so that it still decodes from the stream's 720p picture after the picture is compressed as JPEG.
Made by the site itself
The code is generated by the same small QR generator the rest of the site uses, not by a second library. A test reads the drawn code back and checks that it decodes to the request page's address, so what you scan is what the page says it is.
